Fall courses at George Brown’s CHCA include savoury baking

Toronto – George Brown College’s CHCA continuing education courses are open for registration. Among them are savoury baking, introduction to butchery, Indian cooking, cooking for special diets and new beer and wine specialist certificate programs.

In-person classes include:
Complex Cheese Pairings, Sept. 17 to Oct. 29
Savoury Baking, Sept. 21 to Oct. 26
Introduction to Butchery, Nov. 9 to Dec. 14
Wine Regions of the World: Old World, Jan. 9 to March 13

Teacher-led online classes include:
Indian Cooking 1, Sept.17 to Oct.29
BBQ-style Cooking 1, Sept. 17 to Oct.29
Vegetarian Asian Cooking, Nov. 5 to Dec.10
Cooking for Special Diets, Nov. 6 to Dec. 11
